Germany - Two fatal driver of a car race on a highway in the Lake Constance region have expected to go to prison. The Federal Court of Justice (BGH) highlighted a less verdict of the District of Constance, both convicted for negligently killing and demanded tougher penalties. The Supreme Court order followed the requests of the Attorney General and the mother of an age of 20 crew killed.
